Biometric attendance, local telephone systems opened in MoIC

KABUL: Acting and Nominee Minister of Information and Culture, Ms. Hasina Safi, during a ceremony held on Saturday, opened the process of the ministry’s biometric attendance and the local telephone systems, Bakhtar News Agency reported.
During a ceremony attended by the ministry’s deputies and high-ranking officials, the acting minister said the program organized and launched by the deputy finance and administrative ministry, directorate of human resources and the ministry’s information technology department, was an effective step in bringing transparency in the staffs’ management, the agency said.
“Justice will be automatically secured and staffs will feel immune before their responsibilities, whenever administrative affairs are transparent and corruption fought,” the acting minister emphasized.
In the meeting, local telephone (PBX) device, which helps reduce the high communication fees, was handed over to the ministry’s officials, the agency said.
