NSA Atmar discusses implementation of agreements with Pakistani counterpart

 KABUL: On the sideline of 9th Int’l Meeting of High Ranking Security Officials held in Sochi, Russia, National Security Advisor Mohammad Hanif Atmar met with his Pakistani counterpart Gen. Nasir Janjoa, during which both sides discussed seven principles the two countries agreed on during Pakistan PM trip to Kabul, Bakhtar News Agency (BNA) reported the other day.
According to the agency, NSA Atmar stressed a practical plan should be made to execute the agreements and principles.
He added that trust among the governments would be created when besides negotiations, practical steps are taken as well, the agency added. 
Welcoming Afghan National Security Advisor suggestions, Pakistani National Security Advisor assured on practical steps in the respect, BNA continued. The principles both countries agreed on during Pakistani Prime Minister visit to Kabul are as follow: 
Pakistan supports Afghan-led and Afghan-owned peace process, both countries should take effective steps against insurgents and elements threatening both sides, both countries are committed they won’t allow any country, network, group or individuals to use their territories for anti-government activities against any of the two countries, to practice agreed steps, both countries should create a mechanism for evaluation, coordination and confirming through relevant officers, both countries are committed they would not commit any move to violate each one’s air space and territorial integrity, both countries would avoid blaming each other and instead would use cooperation mechanisms under action plan of Afghanistan-Pakistan for peace and solidarity to address mutual disputes and concerns and to implement Afghanistan-Pakistan Action Plan for Peace and Solidarity and over-mentioned supporting principles, both countries would create workgroups and necessary mechanisms according to the action plan.
