Deputy Minister Karzai Meets Tajik President

 KABUL: On the sideline of a conference to fight terrorism and prevent extremism expected to be held in Dushanbe, Tajik capital, deputy political minister for foreign affairs Hekmat Khalil Karzai met Tajik president Imam Ali Rahman, Bakhtar News Agency (BNA) reported the other day. 
During the meeting, considering lingual, cultural, religious, historical and traditional commonalities, Tajik president asked for bolstering relations on different fields between the two countries, the agency added.  
Offering the good wishes of Afghanistan’s leadership and foreign minister to Tajik president,  Karzai called current similarities among the people of both countries would pave the ground for further expansion of relations including security cooperation between the two countries, BNA continued.
