Tourism industry; an important income source in Afghanistan

Tourism industry is recognized as the most important income source worldwide and those countries that have invested in the sector could considerably attract more tourists to themselves—a move that helped them beef up economically.
Considering rich cultural heritage, plenty of mountains and lakes, natural beauty, special traditions, having hospitalize people and well geographical position,Afghanistan has always been a tourist destination not only in the region but worldwide since long. 
But unfortunately recent insecurities have caused the flow of foreign tourists into Afghanistan to dramatically drop this year.
To produce a tourist site and develop the sector, different world countries invest billions of dollars, but fortunately, Afghanistan enjoys all types of attractions and there is no need to invest on them, and if security is ensured, the country will annually witness thousands of foreign tourists. The only way to introduce the attractions of the country to people in and abroad is to provide necessary facilities through which Afghanistan will obtain billions of dollars income.  The spectacular sites of Afghanistan are including, Kabul National Museum, Minaret of Jam in Ghor, Herat Citadel, Shahr-e-Zohal, Band-e-Amir, Gholghola historical city, giant Buddha statues in Bamyan and much more in different provinces of the country.
Bamyan is one of the most exciting provinces of the country where is mostly famous for its natural beauty and is home to the giant Buddha statues.
Development of tourism industry is not only economically important to Afghanistan but culturally as well, it can also institutionalize peace and get the people know each other well. 
To develop tourism, the government of Afghanistan should take necessary measures nationwide and create facilitating policies and regulations. 
Many travel agencies have received permission, but they don’t do anything in the respect.
There are many guesthouses and restaurants have been built in many provinces of the country, but unfortunately, they don’t offer high-quality and standard services. In guidance section, unfortunately still there are not professional people to present enough information about historical sites of the country to tourists.
Over the decades, tourism has experienced continued growth and deepening diversification to become one of the fastest growing economic sectors in the world. Modern tourism is closely linked to development and encompasses a growing number of new destinations.
These dynamics have turned tourism into a key driver for socio-economic programs.
Today, the business volume of tourism equals or even surpasses that of oil exports, food products or automobiles.
Tourism has become one of the major players in international commerce, and represents at the same time one of the main income source for many developing countries. The growth goes hand in hand with an increasing diversification and competition among destinations.
The global spread of tourism in industrialized and developed states has produced economic and employment benefits in many related sectors—from construction to agriculture or telecommunications.
