A coach should change sport complex into friendship center, Shirzad
 Born in 1356, Nourulhoda Shirzad is born in an open-minded family in Kabul. He has graduated from Ansari High School in 1364. 
As he was really interested in bodybuilding field, he has started work out in 1373 under supervision of Gul Aqa Ziayee. He is now a national team coach and international referee. 
On his achievements, he said for the first time, I had attended Afghanistan Olympic formal contests in 1375, during which I got the first position in 65kg weight—a year we have immigrated to Iran then.
Fortunately, I could continue my sport in Iran, he said, adding in 1376, for the first time, I had attended a competition and I could get the gold medal in 70kg weight.
In 1379, I had participated in another competition, and as the coaches and athletes understood I am an Afghan, they gave me the second position, he continued.  
Then, we have returned to Afghanistan and in 1381, I had resumed my sport in Afghanistan, he went on to say.
In 1383, I had been chosen as the first Kabul master, he continued. 
He said in 2012, I had attended South Asia Bodybuilding Competitions in India, where I got the silver medal.
Two gold and one silver medals are among my foreign achievements and seven gold medals are my domestic achievements, he said. 
On specifications of a successful coach, he said a coach was one who changes a sport complex into a friendship center. 
Addressing the youth, he said the future forms through your today’s efforts and always try to seriously pay heed to your education and sport.
