Afghanistan-Saudi Arabia’s media & cultural cooperation stressed

KABUL: During a meeting with Saudi Arabia ambassador to Kabul Jasim Mohammad Al-Khalid, deputy minister of information and culture on publication affairs Fazel Sancharaki stressed on that country’s cooperation with Afghanistan in the fields of media and cultural affairs, BNA reported Tuesday.
Pointing at Saudi Arabia’s role and position in Islamic world, deputy MoIC thanked its efforts in bolstering Afghan peace process.
He asked Saudi Arabia to further enhance efforts to boost cultural and media relations between the two countries.
Saudi Arabia ambassador to Kabul stressed that Afghanistan is part of the Islamic world and Afghans are the religious brothers of our people, the agency added.
He assured of his country’s continued cooperation with Afghanistan particularly in term of cultural and media affairs.
