Int’l entities should coordinate cultural activities with MoIC, Minister Safi

KABUL: Chaired by Acting Minister of Information and Culture Hasina Safi, the coordination board meeting was held between the Ministry of Information and Culture (MoIC) and international entities working in cultural fields in Afghanistan, BNA reported on Tuesday.
According to the agency, attended by the MoIC’s advisor on cultural affairs Dr. Khoshhal Rouhi, after discussions, the meeting finalized and approved the board’s procedure and duties.
Likewise, the international entities’ representatives and in-charges working in cultural sections in Afghanistan regularly presented their last three months’ work report and agreed upon sharing information between the ministry of information and culture and them, during which the board’s members list was also finalized. Furthermore, Acting MoIC Hasina Safi stressed that those international organizations that are working in cultural fields in Afghanistan should share their activities with her ministry and be operational in coordination with other international entities that are the board’s members.
