21 rebels killed in Uruzgan

Tarinkot City: As many as 21 anti-government militias were killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in southern Urozgan province. The clashes took place between Taliban and Afghan security forces in relevant areas of Dehrawoud, Chaharchino and Chenarto districts of the province. Senior commander of Afghan National Army in the south of the country told BNA correspondent, the terrorists have been targeted by Afghan security forces when they were busy on organizing a series of destructive activities in the mentioned districts, in which 21 armed oppositions have been killed. It has been said, a military hideout and three vehicles belonged to Taliban militants have been destroyed during the conflicts.
