‘Health is the biggest wealth’

Born in 1997 in a sport fond family, Abdul Basir Yusufi is currently student in the field of nursing in one of private universities.
At the same time, Yusufi is deputy chief of administrative and financial section of I.T.F Taekwondo Federation as well as chief of I.T.F Taekwondo Association of the MoI and is champion in 85 kg weight.
In an interview, talking with The Kabul Times sport reporter on his sport background, Yusufi said, due to enthusiasm to sport, I started Taekwondo 20 years ago in professional method. In 2007 I gained membership of National Team. In 2008. I attended Uzbekistan global competitions. In 2011 I attended North Korea competitions. In 2011, I achieved first position in Pakistan in the weight of 71kg and a gold medal. In 2012 I achieved third position in Tajikistan and won a Bronze medal.
He added, in 2013, I achieved first position in Bulgaria plus a gold medal. In 2019, I achieved first position in Pakistan plus another gold medal. In 2015 in South Asia competition which were held in India I achieved first position and a gold medal. In 2018 in South Asia competitions hosted by Nepal. I achieved second position and a silver medal.
