NUG leaders condole death of Ghotai Khawri

KABUL: President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in a message has expressed sadness over death of journalist, writer and member of academy of sciences Ghotai Khawri, who has passed away due to an illness she was suffering.
“Ghotai Khawri served the country as news anchor, researcher, writer, commissioner of Independent Commission of Administrative Reforms and Civil Service and academic member of Afghanistan Academy of Sciences. Her death is a big loss,” President Ghani said in the message.
In his message, the country’s President extended his condolence on the death of Ghotai Khawri to her family, colleagues and cultural figures of the country and wished her paradise.
Meanwhile, Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah in a separate message condoled the demise of journalist and writer Ghotai Khawri and considered her death as a loss.
