Dr. Abdullah vows to address problems of Pashayee tribe

KABUL: Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah met with elders and influential of Pashayee tribe and heard their problems and demands, a statement from CE press office said yesterday. According to the statement, Pashayee elders enumerated a series of their problems, saying security was the biggest challenge to them. They said Daesh threatening Dara-e-Noor and Kuna districts of Nangarhar, asking government to counter such threats.
The also asked government for scholarship to Pashayee youth and their recruitment in government positions, the statement said.
Meanwhile CE Abdullah vowed to address their problems through the line organs. He also said practical measures to be taken for security of Darah-e-Noor and Kunar disctricts.
