Peace in Afghanistan helps world stability, NSA Mohib

KABUL: “We have strong determination for peace in the country. This is why, we, as a goodwill, we released a number of Taliban prisoners,” said the country’s National Security Advisor, Dr. Hamdullah Mohib in a meeting with his Turkmen counterpart, Yaylym Berdiyev, the other day.
Exchanging views on joint security group for the economic and regional project and expansion of trade relations between the two countries, the country’s security advisor said that they had strong commitment for peace as peace helps prevent threat and protect the people. “Peace in Afghanistan is stability in the region.”
He said those creating threat for the people are their enemy in any name and that the government of Afghanistan has assured the people to disarm the criminal networks and prevent their activities countrywide.
