Born in 1993 in a sport loving family, Mir Nasratullah Ansari member of National Bodybuilding Team in an interview with The Kabul Times sport correspondent said, sport can play effective role in restoration of peace and security and is messenger of progress and friendship.
He continued, due to my enthusiast at 16, I started sport and my first competition took place in 2012 in which I won a bronze medal and was recognized as acting champion. In 2013 I became champion of National Olympic Team in the weight of 85kg and won a gold medal. In 2014 I won another gold medal. In 2014 I attended South Asia competitions hosted by Pakistan and won a gold medal.
He added, due to physical damage of my body, I was away from the world of sport for one year and in 2016 I resumed sport substantially. In a world competition in Bhutan I won a bronze medal among 17 sportsmen.
He continued, since 2014, I have been working with Dubai National Team. My foreign and trans-border achievements include 20 gold and silver medals, 6 championship cups, and 6 gold sport sculptures.
Talking on challenges ahead of sportsmen, Ansari said, sportsmen are facing with economic constraints and lack of standard exercise places. Responsible incharges and national traders have no attention to sport teams. I personally spent US $30000 from my private pocket for operation of my shoulder.
“Sport causes improvement of convergence and social friendship among tribes”, he concluded.
