Naderi praises Dunya’s academic programs

KABUL: Head of Afghanistan’s Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC), Nader Naderi, met with dean of Dunya University of Afghanistan, Prof. General Ahmad Shah Sankdel here on Tuesday and both sides discussed academic programs and the role of private academic institutions in capacity building of the young generation.

Head of the IARCSC praised Prof. Sankdel’s works and Dunya university’s academic programs, adding they could promote pen instead of gun at the time that the country was struggling with war and violence. He also underscored role of the private academic institutions in capacity building of the civil servants and the Afghan youth.

Meanwhile dean of Dunya University enumerated a number of their academic programs in Afghanistan and overseas, saying pen promotion was key to peace, stability and development of the war-torn country.

Both sides also discussed bilateral cooperation for organizing of capacity building programs and civil servants’ education in private institutions.
