President Ghani, IARCSC head discuss civil service reform

KABUL: President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met with Ahmad Nader Naderi, head of the Afghanistan Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission here at the presidential palace yesterday, a statement said
The commission head briefed the president on their activities, progress in implementation of Human Resources Management System and organization chart of the civil service as well as the organization chart of the government cadres, the statement from presidential press office told The Kabul Times daily.
Thanking the commission works and their efforts for reformation in civil service sector in the country, the president extended necessary instructions to the commission works and particular on organization chart of the government cadres, the statement added.
Both sides also discussed importance and non-importance of some key positions within the government, including that of the deputy ministries’ existence, according to the statement.
